Hi there, how long would you say it’s up to you to clean the tub every week? And you just use the soap, water and sponge? and so you would fill the tub with water and leave it there for a week and then dump it after?

I’m looking to get a gym shoe. I have nobull knits which I haven’t worn in ages which I think I’ll use until I find better. I have never worn Nikes and tried some other styles since they don’t stock these and boy I hated the feel of metcons and two other styles of Nike. I think I’m soo used to wearing my ASICS gel nimbus 25 which are just heaven. I think I might wear them to the gym too but I’m not keen to wear running shoes in the gym.

Avoid their large sizes! 51 Duffel fits ALL my gear, but I only use it as storage now cause it is INSANELY HEAVY and awkward to carry around, doesn't fit in any lockers, and takes way too much space in the gym area. I keep it in my car permanently and use 25L Core backpack with selected items to carry around the gym.

How are these for everyday wear? I like the look and panning to get these for my travels. Both for training and daily commutes.

i have used metcons since 2016... and i can say nanos are better and versatile shoe now... nanos are for wods with gymnastics, lift and run, rope jumps... and metcons are more for lifting sessions or benchmarks like diane, grace, isabel when you need stability but not cushioning like running or double unders...

They are all pretty much the same shoe just priced different for idiots with to much money or like to say guess how much these cost!!!

Hey Joel, don't beat yourself up about your running abilities, I feel your pain, some of us aren't designed to be distance runners. This point leads me to my main point, these shoes aren't designed for your typical runner, something overlooked by virtually every person misses or chooses to ignore, running shoes are designed for typical runners, 130 to 145 lbs people not 190 plus people, these shoes are designed for the latter, the cushioning is designed around, RAD's head honcho explained this in an interview. If you take this point into consideration then many things begin to make sense particularly within the context of gym/CrossFit people, foot, joint and muscle pain since they are generating substantially more force through a product not designed for someone typically 50 plus pounds lighter than the average. Perhaps this is a niche avenue to look into, running shoes suitable for crossfitters and average weighted people.

X was my favourite and now they are hard to find.

With my narrow feet I find the fit perfect! They feel so natural an agile. Regarding the weight, I consider it an extra training benefit like Im wearing weights : D For lifting - spectacular

I have the same issues with the fronins, is the big fail on them, but for others works are very good.
